Stop the Arizona Voucher Program from Expanding

Published by

This week the Arizona Senate approved changes in laws that give corporations a dollar-for-dollar credit against their state taxes for donations that they give to “scholarship tuition organizations (STOs).” These STOs are vouchers in disguise. They divert tax dollars to parents for private school tuition and home schooling.

According to SOS Arizona:

SB 1467 would grow STOs even more by raising scholarship amounts and expanding eligibility to homeschooled kids and even out-of-state students. The bill passed the full Senate yesterday (Wednesday) and now heads to the House. This has to stop!

Don’t wait. The Arizona legislature must stop undermining public schools.

Thanks for all you do,
